Affidavit / Certificate of Merit

Many jurisdictions require the filing of an Affidavit or Certificate of Merit in order to begin a medical malpractice proceeding. AMFS' broad and deep Physician Advisory Panel representing all major medical specialties conduct cost-effective, objective, unbiased Initial Case Reviews in order to determine the merits, strengths and weaknesses of potential cases.

Following their initial review, these experts are available to our clients to complete an Affidavit or Certificate of Merit if they find such merit to exist. Age of Injury Radiology Reports

AMFS now offers Radiological Injury Aging studies. Age of Injury reports provide an objective, unbiased review of radilogical studies (films, MRIs, etc.) to date and address causation in connection with accident related injuries.
