Simply send us all of the medical records with a cover letter providing a case summary, any relevant background information, a list of any specific questions you would like addressed and a check for $750. Upon receipt of your package, one of our in-house physicians will conduct a cursory review of the materials and arrange to have it reviewed by members of our In-House Multidisciplinary Physician Panel, consisting of more than 70 experienced board certified physicians covering all major medical specialties.  None of the reviewing physicians are told who has requested the review and, thus, you are assured an unbiased, expert opinion that can be relied upon when making the crucial decision to take or not take a case.

Within ten (10) business days, you will be contacted by one of the reviewing physicians who will provide you with their conclusions as to the merits of your case.
